1. *Acceptance*  

By accessing TEHMAH and placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. *Products*  

All products listed are subject to availability. TEHMAH reserves the right to refuse any order. Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary slightly.

3. *Pricing & Payment*  

Prices are in SAR and include VAT. Payment options: COD, Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay. TEHMAH may cancel orders with incorrect pricing.

4. *Shipping & Delivery*  

Delivery timelines are estimates and vary by KSA location. TEHMAH is not liable for delays by courier partners.

5. *Returns & Refunds*  

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Refunds processed within 3-5 business days per our Refund Policy.

6. *Intellectual Property*  

All content, logos, and trademarks on TEHMAH are owned by TEHMAH. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. *Limitation of Liability*  

TEHMAH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the website or products.

8. *Changes*  

TEHMAH may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.

9. *Governing Law*  

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
