1. *Delivery Coverage*  

We deliver across all cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. *Processing Time*  

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Thu-Fri ship next business day.

3. *Delivery Time*  

Standard delivery: 3-5 business days. Major cities: 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary during sales/holidays.

4. *Shipping Cost*  

Free shipping on orders 299+ SAR. Orders below 299 SAR: 19 SAR flat rate. COD orders: +10 SAR fee.

5. *Tracking*  

Tracking number sent via SMS/Email once your order ships. Track status on TEHMAH website.

6. *Failed Delivery*  

If delivery fails 3 attempts, order is cancelled and refunded minus shipping costs. Please provide accurate address + phone number.

7. *Delays*  

TEHMAH is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or customs.
